Can you justify how the PECHS best for future investment as I can not see any direct link to the society except a virtual lines in the map.
Raja sb. Now again map is uder review. Hoping this willbe the plan. Rest make sure that no access thru PECHS will be allowed. All these r mere property stunt.

Since long we are waiting for the benefits of New Airport but seems was a bad investment.
Sir the thing is … If i am living in PECHS i will not like all the airport traffic to pass through it. Nearby is good enough for me. PECHS linking to any road going to Airport is good enough for me. Investment is fine in that way.
Yes its being very long and still not less than one and half yr. But now is the last leg. Patience seems to be a better option.
Any news of possetion in any other block of mumtaz city??
I have seen good roads. Park in Mumtaz city . Possession not known yet.

Theres a virtual line passing through PECHS, none through Top City or Mumtaz city. In my view its a bad omen for both these societies and not for PECHS. And even if the road doesnt pass through any of these societies, It really doesnt make a lot of difference as these are residential areas, not commercial ones. Have you ever seen a road pass through residential areas for the airport anywhere in the world? It doesnt work that way

I really agreed and also most of people do not like to live nearby airports due to lot of sounds and other risk.
Yet our societies are seducing the people by giving wrong information.

Exactly my point. Doesnt matter if the road passes through or not. They are still closest to airport.
Many people do not want to live near noise. But a lot are employed on airport or are in airlines. These areas suit them a lot.
