It has been months since I have been hearing all the "air port road to pass through TC and MC city and it's magical effect on investments there stuff". What I have failed to understand is why management of these housings do not focus on development. Leave everything aside , only and only if they properly deliver on their promises and develop their housing even at 50% of what Bahria and dha have done , then they won't be begging PM in national newspapers for the roads to pass through their housings. And even if airport road goes through TC, I am 99% sure, TC will still be eating investors money and still won't do much needed development .

Basically these are just greedy lot of unprofessional people grouped together with sole objective of making money.

As far as road network is concerned, 2 routes are approved 1:- I-14,Haji Camp, CMT Depot & Kashmir Highway.

2:- Kashmir Highway, M1/M2 Junction, turn immediately to left of Top City (near B-block)& Parallel to motorway till it joins the road coming from Haji Camp. See Dunya news e paper 20-3-2014.

Thing will be cleared within 15 days, Insha Allah.

One thing is clear that future of Top City is very bright. Because all these roads will pass thru Top City. CAA have to provide access to Top city.

At this forum, i repeatedly warned: Avoid investment in PECHS because 3rd runway is proposed on PECHS side. It is very clearly indicated in the Road master plan given by TOp/Mumtaz city in Newspapers

Again, you are going about roads ..... Why depend on roads, why not do development

Yasir bhai note down my words " Top City-1 is hot cake for investment". Insha Allah, you will realize it very very soon.

Development work is in full swing. I, myself was expecting a slow development work, when entry was blocked. But all credit goes to the Management, no compromise was made on Development work.

It will be highly injustice not to praise CAA Staff, FWO, HCS, local & foreigners involved in the construction of New Islamabad Airport. Inspite of various flaws, this Airport will be a State-of- the-art in the country, insha Allah. Credit goes to these persons working round the clock.

I am not a property dealer. But one thing i know that when after 1 year, local & foreign passengers will come out of this largest Airport of country, their first view will be of TopCity-1, across both sides the Road. Because this road will divide Top City-1 in two portions. So, access to the society is must. Fencing does not mean No Access but Restricted Access.

The Road master plan that you are reffering is published by the Top & Mumtaz City How can you justify that this is a confirmed new map and that issued by the relevant concering authority.

Either Investors or Prop.Dealers of T.C/ M.C. Are trying to prove since begining of this forum that Investement in PECHS is waste of money and their investment has more worth. Is this business tacts or what ?

It seems Ali is only here to promote Top City. He has no other agenda. Ali im sure you have lots of investment there but please be rational now. Look at the subject of discussion and review your posts. Pls post these sort of comments where applicable.

You are very right Mr Irfan. I wish the same.

The plan to construct the airport was made in 1980 and due to unknown reasons it was kept pending till April 2007.

After passing of so many years yet we can not decide the name of this airport. Here below are names that were given in the past.

1-Gandhara International Airport.

2-Attock International Airport.

3-Liaquat Ali Khan International Airport.

4- Benazir International Airport.

5-New Islamabad International Airport.

How can you expect from the GOVT to decide the final road plan. Let them first decide the Name....Ah

Sticking to the topic m, I hope the airport and the road access to the airport are of highest quality with latest and modern technology is every related part of airport. Air port access should be non stop, which at the moment looks not happening. If you note, from peshawar mord chawk till golrda , there are quiet a few junctions . Traffic would like up on signals and the travel time to airport would increase. They should have made it signal free.

I heard and checked from university town also that it will touch their society. They are purchasing more land now on the other side of the road also

NHA work on Haji Camp route is at very initial stage. It will take several months to start. Main thing is its estimated cost. Which may cross 25 billions. NHA informed CAA that tentative period of 24 months (from the date of start) to complete this road. It means that Govt. Will start M1/M2 route which will take 4-6 months.

I think its better to construct a new road rather than using the existing Kashmir Highway as it is the entrance to the Motorway and the people are going to be disturbed if the road to airport is made through the Kashmir Highway route.Its not just about saving some billions but make it with thinking about the future.
