Because of add posted in news+NHA tender , properties and plot rates at i-14,i-15,i-16 got skyrocketed, i have also heard that Notices have been given to people for clearing the area along the new proposed route.
However i will further request the senior members to update us accordingly if project is cancelled.

Govt says good bye to haji camp route. Now 3 more options are under consideration. Project director has been also transferred. Look likes it will take another couple of months for construction on airport road project.

I have heard that according to new plan,one route is passing through TOP CITY… Is it confirm??
From wherever road comes it has to be pass through top city but it does not mean that top city will have access from it.

Is this news of haji camp route called off confirmed ? Is it from reliable sources which I know you have good sources but I'm just curious to reconfirm.
I have multiple sources in all concerned departments. Every time i confirm from all. Actually land acquisition was suddenly stopped by nha one month ago. We have to wait for few more days for clear picture as summary is with prime minister office. And prime minister will take decision after consultation with Ch.Nisar .
Ch Shahid sab thats great news for TOP CITY, that wotever route is built, it will pass through TOP CITY. Earlier , it was not confirm.
Once it will pass through TOP CITY, then i am sure IA , access to it from society either direct or by making an interchange will become very much possible.
Block E,F,G,H and Farm house area of topcity is going to be affected very soon as Civil aviation is acquiring more land there. These blocks will be technically shifted to another place.
Sir shahid and experts can you please through some light on G 16 non possession plots future.The rates decreased a lot in past 8 months.Is there any chance of boast or if when?please advice
Dont have latest updates regarding non possession area of G-16.

Dear Shahid,
I was just showing the link of Tender for new Route of Islamabad air port through Haji camp,I-14,15,16 , but as you suggested that road through Haji camp has been cancelled by Govt , kindly reconfirm from your sources again if possible.
I was actually planning to invest in these areas.

Tender as per NHA website although includes Haji Camp route, but i endorse Ch. Shahid sb. This route is not approved. Thalian and Peripheral Roads are approved

Tender was not cancelled . Land acquisition for this route has been stopped by nha as there is uncertanity from govt side. So nha is waiting for clear directives from government.

Mumtaz city will get attention if kashmir highway passes from there. Than price hike is also expected .
However thallian route has nothing to do with mumtaz city.
