What is price of 1 kinal in different blocks ?
The reason of TC delay is main access road is not finalized. Being a civil engineer I can understand that how important access rout is for the project infrastructure. So this is understood that after access road TC will sky rocketing.
Yes Adnan i agree that after access is reopened , prices of TopCity-1 will go very high, but to put u right, the access has been finalized to new airport, its via Kashmir highway, TOPCITY and airport. I think u are not aware about PM notification and tender asked by NHA.
Everybody is waiting to reopen access.Yes it's most important for this big project.

Guys as per NHA the new Airport road would be access controlled,further more there would be toll plazas on it.I think it will not benefit any society because they will not get access to this new airport road…

Bilal and Raja sab sorry to say that you are mistaken or you dont know the facts. TopCity has given 200 kanal land free of cost for the main link road , which will connect Kashmir HIghway with new airport via TopCity. So no question about it that access is guaranteed for TopCity.
Topcity prices will be shooting up from now onwards. This area is the only one in pindi/islamabad having a maximum potential.
its simply free money for investors.

I have seen that and it clearly states 'access controlled' that means none of the societies will get access to it even if they have supplied 200 kanal of land...
Anyways time will tell...
I belive dealers of top city are just cashing airport road like dealers of b-17 are Margalla avenue for last 3 yrz...

In my opinion every society has got potential for some one and loss for some one.It varies from person to person.Timing matters.
E.g Bahria Town made people billionaires in some cases and some people beard heavy losses.
To maximize gain i prefer developing societies.Once developed then price increases very slowly and less fruit...
