But now other factors are to be considered; NHA Corrupt officials, PML(N) role etc. Actually there is no eye witness proof but with the help of logic, We can easily deduce that Corrupt mafia of politicians+bureaucracy are behind all this dirty game. Few Example are Pending NIIA Road Network since 2010, Rawat Airport shosha released by Nawaz Sharif, What is being happened in Karachi? Perhaps u do not know few months ago, a huge scam in Islamabad came & gone; C-15/C-16 Plots (all persons incl. Patwaris were from Noon leagui). Samjh bhi jaya karo sayeein sb. I believe we cannot be so sure of what their intentions are, therefore, the best thing is to have some contacts with the contract awarded companies (NHA or so) or the ones who are awarding this contract to them.
They will be our best source.

There is possibility of everything from this corrupt Govt. ". Just look at their innocent faces when they say "Allah k fazal-o-karam say". Lets not be worried. They should build at-least from where ever they like.At the end all surrounding areas will be connected some how. But if they go again to I 14/I 15 side then definitely Govt will have to convince public about choosing that costly way. PPl will definitely make noise and in these circumstances when their 4 sitting minsters are expected to face trials , Nawaz Sharif will think twice before any wrong decision.

Right of way establish kernay k liye hain woh tender. Filwakt koi importance ni uski.
Hope they are for same old route and i think it was mention embarkation etc. But if toll plaza will shift to park place then we should expect the start of road work soon.

Soon work on Road will start. I can’t give exact date bt may be in Nov. (Chances r more). 2ndly, NHA has decided to construct TopCity-1 Road portion. They had sent case for PC-1 Approval (3 Billions) to PC. By end of OCT/start of Nov. In the very next meeting, PC-1 will be approved & ZKB will start construction, IA. Rest, Construction of Cargo Road, Widening of Kashmir Highway & Golra Section has been delayed. 3rdly, New Toll Plazas will be operational in Nov. Perhaps b4 visit of PM which is expected in 2nd week of Nov. Any how Top City Road section is named as Missing link & is v. Hot issue now. Just one step is left; CDWP approval.The Case will not b forwarded to ECNEC as estimate is 3 Billions.Road Issue has been delayed due to many reason incl. Political maneuvering. Allah se Duaa karein

Hows the new route going to affect the surrounding societies like University Town, Top City, Mumtaz City, PECHS?
