Thanks to Allah;Work awarded to NLC for the Construction of Main Road network thru Top City-1. Initially ZKB was lowest but as NLC, being public sector group, is exempted from Tax. So, NLC became lowest. Work may be started in 15/18 days, inshaAllah. Thalian road already started. I got a news that NLC has placed container office near Mumtaz City. Can any bro esp. Ch. Shahid bhai confirm? thanks

Aur abhe ground breaking ceremony ni huwi.
I'm outdated on the Airport main road. Could some one please confirm what is the main road linking from Kashmir highway to new airport?
A) Kashmir highway extension from motorway intersection going through Top city?
B) I-14,15,16 road extension through HAJ complex?
C) None of the above, Still not decided.

I saw the map of the proposed rout towards new Islamabad airport on the Facebook page of NIIA .
It was going through some private housing projects MC and TC .
TC stands for topcity 1 but I don't know what MC stands for .
I went to Topcity's Facebook page . I'm not in Islamabad , i will surely go to visit this society as I'm really very much impressed by their work they r showing in pictures and I sent them email too to ask if these pictures show real locations they said yes all picture are real.
Specially even their mess staff was also wearing uniforms according to international standards I was surprised to see the first ever kitchen of any society who is following health and safety rules .
I saw a drone video on their Facebook page showing the latest developments .

One of friend told me that he bought a plot in topcity almost 9-10 years back in 3 lac and now his plot is worth of 45 lac. And he was saying that his plot will go equal to the value of the plot of E-7 in Islamabad .
But I'm confused by reading the comments here on zameen dot com about topcity
I need some time to research and your humble advise my brothers . This is my hard earned money and I don't want to waste it .

Mujahid sb. MC stands for Mumtaz City. Rest TC's bad days are over now, alhamdolilah. As far as E-7 wali baat, at this time it may be seen as Exaggeration. But after 2/3 yrs, u will see that ur friend was right. If u hv money jst contact with some dealer, do istikharah & then decide.

Can some one please comment on the prospects of PECHS M Block . And why market is still very dull for PECHS . Despite progress on the new road.
Tanveer sb. Most of participants of this forum are members of Mumtaz and Top City. So they have no interest in PECHS. I don’t think here you will find the answer of your question. I have tried this many times.
If the prices of plots in pechs are less expensive then pechs has investment potential.
Sayeein sb, You make senses. Buy lowest and sell high. I also think PECHS is better to invest then TC or MC due to price. Location wise all are in the same area.

do the comparison. If pechs prices are way lower than of Topcity only then go for pechs.

Do we now have any better idea about how these societies close to the airport will get access, if any? The road was never in doubt regardless of whichever route was selected. The big question has always been of access on a fence lined road. People have been arguing that some projects will get a direct access on this road. I haven’t yet heard anything confirmed about that so far. Any updates?
