Is new lahore city premier enclave not approved from lda?

Waqas Sb. Yes its true that premier enclave isn't approved yet but on the other hand sectors D,E and F of Bahria town are also not approved from LDA.
In current situation, main thing to consider is that do they have land to develop as promised and market repute of builder/handlers.
Then what is your recommendation?

i can't say much
On the other hand i have already taken two 5m files after discussion with multiple dealers and people into this business.
As per them New Lahore City wasn't successful earlier but now they have change lot of things for premier enclave and secondly they have land available so nothing to worry in investment.
As per LDA its alert
Please view bottom right LDA is recommending to not to purchase this.
The first booking people weeping right now so will enclave ppl too
