All investors and genuine buyers are in a nail biting situation, those that have invested around airport and zone 2. We want a verdict made by the government. But this will not be anytime soon taking in consideration the current situation.

Price should be increase after starting the construction Kashmir Highway…But suggest you PECHS because Peoples already living there …there is no problem oF gas,water and electricity

Now you guys are completely forgetting the NOC revoking and access issue, i don't think it's good time for any genuine buyer to jump at this stage and get stuck with his hard earned money which happened before with many. So be careful in buying.

Personally i think, instead of roshan pakistan, wapda town may be good option with every thing on ground and cheap prices i.e 12 lac for 10marla. If no loss in selling RP plots, replace it with wapda town give better return in future IA.

Our leaders are completely futile!!! What have they been building for past 30 years? Yet there is a water problem?!
I highly doubt it will be ready by 2016.That is far too optimistic considering the amount of work they have done so far!!
I think it will be until 2020 to be fully completed!
