I am considering nfc-2 for investment, i have read all the previous post regarding nfc 2, and didn't came across some drastic change in prices due to i guess there slow management, no elections, etc
My queries are:
1) when the development is going to start in nfc 2? And which blocks will be getting developed first?
2) when will election take place?
3) what blocks do you members recommend for investment with reference to 5 marla, 10 marla or kanal plots?

Go for h for 5 marla and 10 , go for kanal in e , cant tell u exact time but it still great investment because just development is pending and in this price no other safe investment , do not worry about election etc you will get good gain as soon lrr start or orange metro line or election or develpomnt , so no way to loose

@Ssa have been looking bahria orchard as well for short term gains, Block C specifically as its going to get the possession, How do you compare nfc over bahria orchard for short term gains ?
