I have an option of buying a 1 - Kanal plot for ~ 2.5 mil keeping in mind that I am interested in housing building here in 2-3 years time. Is this place feasible? Considering that I am also considering it as an investment opportunity.

So the 2.5 mil plot isn't in a very nice location but certainly it's there.
However, I am now inclined towards the plots in E-block facing the central park which would cost about 3.3 mil according to the dealers and that is excluding the development and transfer charges.
Should I go in with my money? Considering that this is only for house building purposes in an expected time of 3 years.
