Hi happy to see many property experts here can any body tell me about the scheme of NFC phase 2. Where can I get more information on NFC 2? I am hearing so much about it. Where is it? What are the prices? Is it a long term, medium term or a short term investment?
Its in Lahore and surrounded by wapda town , valancia housing society, engineering university housing society and punjab govt employees housing society.
The society has launched phase 1 and phase 2 yet, with plots cuttings of 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal.
And the prices are still not so high but vary according to the location and vary according to the location
In my opinion NFC Phase 2 is still a long-term investment spot.

Nfc phase 2 is on multan road , few km away from bahria town ,it is long term investment , go for bahria town , the above guy misinformed a bit ,he is talking about phase 1n developed.
