Asalamualaikum to all forum members and experts, i want your opinion in buying a property. I live in rawalpindi, i want to buy a house in rawalpindi and want to give it on rent. I have a budget of around 75 to 80 lac, can anyone suggest where should i buy a house where i can earn good rent and possibly where i can get good value after some years? I’ll be very thankful for your expert opinions.

1:Airport housing society
2:Lalazar old or new Lalazar
3:I-14 or Afshan colony or Peshawar road area
4:River Garden or Jinnah garden(both will rise after Islamabad expressway)
These areas are good for rental purpose
Another hand Bahria Safari valley Ali block 5 marla 6.5 to 8 million depend on location.Rent will be 20 to 30k.
Awami apartments sector 2 or 5 ground or first floor(don't go to second floor)which are good for rental purpose.Price is 3 to 4 million and rent is 16 to 20k.

Nadeem Sahab is right as per the priorities but If you are inclined to the apartments then also consider BT phase-1-6. Here you can get TWO apartments, one two bed and one studio, and rent will be around 40,000 per month for both. No electricity outage and near to the Islamabad highway.
Airport housing society nice location just near to airport chowk where signal free work is going on so 10 -15 min drive from Islamabad + good rental income ,

I’ve gone for options in BT safari valley but couldn’t find a suitable house(just my lack of market knowledge), so if anyone of you brothers can possibly recommend any property dealer or real state agent working in BT or lalazar , who probably will have houses so that i can visit and then buy one.
