Yes you can. Considering that you do have some sort of Pakistani national/origin card.
However, as an overseas myself, I would say to trust only the real trust-able, preferably some blood relation at-least to make any transaction or being a corresponding person.
Yes you can Only send your relative to any well reputed real estate company and buy the file for them they may charge u more but they are more concern about trust they build with overseas.
