Want to have reviews on pechs k & m block, society is developed and have possession plots at reasonable price.
I have heard that they have all nocs and carpeting of road will start soon.
Experts kindly suggest is it worthwhile buying there if one is planning building house future, as it has access from mumtaz city giving it good approach to kashmir highway.
Advice is wellcome.

K & M are exception and were acquired by a private party. Things are better there but these two blocks are right at the tail of the society!
Can be a gold mine (in that Budget) and nearest to TC, MC, Fazia but unfortunately no development. I do wish it gets developed sooner rather than later but as of now, if there is no progress not worth getting money stuck ...
