Rather then M block, Try to buy in K block which is now developed and has possession. You can find boulevard plot in K block in 25 lacs (10 marla). Or if u can manage, buy a commercial plot in K block or C block. It will give u more benefit in future.
Not Recommended, Consider Top City as an option.

@Nasir Khurshid, sorry to say but your comments are often not detailed. It is always good to back your statements with valid arguments rather than leaving ambiguity. I hope it is not because you have your own investment in topcity :-).
Agreed to Nasir…keeping in view the on ground statistics…Top City is better option than PECHS…and the issue has been discussed in detail in separate threads.
Ehsan…brother its not only the personal interest …its the advantages and disadvantages…which makes u conclude to a logical recommendation…and Top City are having certain overwhelming advantages over PECHS…so my advice is also to go for Top City…it will give u better payback… Regards.
There are many other options better then pechs why then pechs top city mumtaz city cdechs are much better options.

Rather than invest in PECHS, you can buy in multiple societies, which is better to diversify your portfolio, rather than just one society especially PECHS which has rubbish road access! There are so many other options…as already mentioned above and more!
