Hi. I am planning to buy a plot in pir hasan gul town near sabzi mandi karachi. Agent says it is under dada bhoy properties. Does this mean it is not under the hold of government? Can someone please tell me if it is a secure deal, and when does the kda get involved in the property. Thanks
