I am thinking of buying a plot inBahria Town Pahse 7 st 44.
It is 1 kanal and they are asking 90 lakh rupees.
Is the price realistic for this land? Any comments/suggestions will be appreciated.

90 lacs is too much for phase 7…Better to go for a plot in phase 3,4,5,6 or dha 2 in this price…

Yes nadeem sb you are right sir…some streets have this much rate… Only wanted to say that 90 lacs for a phase 7 plot do not seems a very fine investment option…Dha phase 1 sector F 12 marla in 90 lacs to 1 crores is much better option plus phase 7 has failed to develop as much market as ph 1 to 6 or ph 8…
