How i will know that new plot files are in the market for isb/rwp region before reselling.
E.G. New project is launched and they are selling only plot files for 10,000rs (example). How we can know that such projects exists because files are sold in few hours and then resale at higher prices.

Good question. You can be aware of such projects if you will follow/ visit this Zameen Forum regularly.
Other sources could be dealers, friends, family members, newspapers etc

The big brands like Bahria, DHA,CDA and Multi they create a hipe before announce their project. This news they spreads through their dealers,office staff,news paper etc.
When they see the response of no.of peoples is good, so they announce project and sell files through dealers.
Then authorize dealers of this big brands sell files as stock exchange share on daily basis.
This is a very risky and bad thing in real estate bust as long as greed is there its often happens.
I fully agree with Ahmad, but this is one of the marketing tactic, and it is not bad as long as investors get adequate profit on their investment, and most of the times it goes in the right way.
But, if I, being a salary man, from abroad, wants to invest my savings in a relatively SECURE and SAFE project, it is better to go for names which have relatively good repute.
Correct me if I'm wrong, please, as I am new in this department.
Dha and bahria are safe, but buy in area which has already been given possesion.
