I want to buy a plot in islamabad for construction of personal residence. I can pay upto 60 lakh rupees for plot price. Which is the suitable scheme around motorway/tarnol/golra/g-14 area? Secondly, what size of plot, i can buy in this amount?

You can go for 8 marla in G-15 or F-15. That is a very good option because this is now ready for a jump in 1-2 years when the airport opens and CAA staff need houses near the airport.
G-15(8 Marla) OR F-17 MPCHS(40X80).
F-17 MPCHS (40x80/50x90) far better than F-15/G-15. Visit and compare.
G-15’s future is brighter than F-17 if it gets entery and exit on Kashmir Highway. GT road will be by-passed and G-15 might become part of mainland Islamabad.
Agree with B.R Malik sab that G-15 first then think for F-17.
