@OMK phase 8 is not picking up as per sey but it's getting the vibration as expected after forms have disappeared.
But 500 series F3 plot might fetch you around 30 lacs at this point.
My E sector boulevard plot went up to 66 but now selling for around 53.
But that's cautious buying. Genuine buyers should offer a couple lacs more.
