Dear rohail Location is the most important point whenever you are buying any property go for a good location sector, then pay a bit more then market price but purchase best location of that sector. After location development is the 2nd major point. Try to get property in those areas where developers are strong and committed. 3rd point is price, compare price with other sectors.
