I have been surprised to know about the price hike in dha 4 islamabad. A 1 k plot which was available in e sector for instance in pkr 56 lac 6 weeks ago is now being sold at 70 to 72 lac. Will this trend sustain or otherwise and more importantly what is the reason for this phenomenol increase . Worth forum members plz comment .
Not a realtime increase as potential buyers are no more in market. Its a failed attempt to increase value of dha ph 4 in short
Phase 4 is in really low demand as compared to Phase-2 & now Phase-3. Honestly, Phase-4 would be worst located phase of DHA Isb.
May be i am wrong but this might be an exit strategy by Investors.
I have visited the site 15 days back and development work is going on with great speed.
This may be the reason of Price increase.
Is it likely the price will drop in ramazan ?
