Property dealers run away

First of all i would like to inform all that mr.Tariq malik of abdullah associate near bahria phase 1 ,real estate agent run away to sri lanka after collecting hard earned money of different investors worth 20 crore. He has hidden his family somewhere in pakistan and has transferred all wealth to sri lanka. My all sympathies and prayers are with affectees. My request to all investor be careful while investing and try to avoid such black sheeps who gain trust initially by giving good profit on plots games ,then by showing people more greed /lust take all their saving along with them. My question from all gurus is to how to deal with these people and what actions are required to get money back?

Yes. How could he manage that ? Whoever has money is very cautious usually.

He might have collected money on name of some project , apartments ? No one run to SriLanka , it must be dubai …

Only stay away from shortcuts i.e File games

go for possession plots wait for 6 months+ and get clean profit

I heard from my overseas relative that his friend lost 1 coror in dha deal recently due to all fake documents presented by the dealer.

My be he is this same guy.

My deepest sympathies to all those who lost money.My prayers are with all affectees.Please before any deal must meet to developer and owner.Don't trust any dealer(no biana,no token money, no installment) unless you clear your deal.

If dealer show or offer you something before final ask in open market about his reputation.If dealer show you any transfer letter then must clear by society with owner of transfer letter.

Don't pay any biana without stamp paper with two witness.

I don't believe token money tell to dealer to call owner then give Biana money.

For local property take photo copy of registry and clear inteqal and Khasra number by local patwari but now it's going to computerized.

File and installment game is always risky.

IK, I don’t believe it no one can cheat a DHA system which is very robust and fake documents is the office almost impossible. Must have been an outside deal, biana, etc.

Imran, can’t imagine fake documents could be for DHA plot. It is considered one of the most safe and secure for transactions.

@Isloo what is not possible for fraud here, if people of pure land can make internationally acceptable fake degrees with fake watermark, stamps, signature and currency as well then what else they can't do?

And if the game is for corors and the person is also overseas and not present by himself then its easy for those thieves.

People should not forget and overlook the fundamentals of buying/selling process due to trust factor.

I know this guy and purchased a plot in ph8 and btk. He was well settled. Not sure why he did that if the news is true.

People should immediately file case in NAB and FIA with proofs. Only govt can bring him back and try to high light this issue at media and if registered dealer than approach DHA/Bheria as well.

If number of affectees are greater (30-70), make a joint action committe of some active people. Only with sincere efforts, you may get 50-75% value back.

This seems investors had rest their money with dealer for short-term sale purchase with liability on dealer and on profit sharing.

Anybody know junaid property dealer of easy property office at phase 7 bahria? I mean is he a reliable dealer.Anybody have any knowledge about him?

No need to afraid to any dealer just care.If you are going to deal then first of all visit the plot then clear by Bahria office then ask him about plot owner then Biana with written stamp paper with two to three witness.At end transfer time hand over pay order to plot owner.Don't give Biana more than one lakh.

Without dealers we can't survive in real estate.

In my humble opinion, the rotten fish among the property dealers bring a bad name to ALL. I think it is time for all the reputable Dealers to clear their name and prevent the rotten eggs from doing damage to them. Towards that end I would suggest the more reputable dealers who have a good name and market standing in their community to form an association of Property Dealers. Better still, there should be an overseeing body formed by concerned citizens in the business community, say Better Business Bureau (BBB) to scrutinize all businesses, including the business of Property Dealing, and they should give Certification to those businesses that meet their high standards. This would guide the public, and encourage moral business people.
