Property On Installment

I need to buy plot on installment (not exceeding 30k/month) in Lahore, Sialkot, Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

If anyone have a good idea about on going scheme, let me know. I am living in gulf, and plan to get plot within 5 year on easy installment.
