According to your budget , first you have to decide that which size plot required.
For your budget you have to purchase a plot size 25/40 in i11/2 with posession , which met round 50 , if you want to built immediately then good, if not then after one year rate will be 70 plus
You have plenty of options depending on (i) size of plot you want (smaller the size better the scheme if your budget is the constant) and (ii) side of Islamabad (Rawat side or Taxila side or central).

In this budget Dha phase2 10 marla N or P are the good options and other hand B-17 B block and 30x60 in G-15.

For one kanal B-17 block C is a good option. For 10 Marla DHA-2 is a good option. But you have to decide which area is closest to your work place and children’s schools etc.
