What is the best commercial/residential short term investment option in islamabad within the range of rs.3-5million? I am not interested in dha or bahria region near old islamabad airport. Preferably land to build a house or shops on ground floor or basement. My interest is somewhere near new islamabad airport, perhaps near kashmir highway belt or peshawar road or any township somewhere on islamabad highway before the present airport. Professional advice needed.
