Good price I have been told that i can build 3 storey here for 25 lacs Total cost is 50 lacs When i build this new house i am told that it will sell for at least 70 lacs Is this viable? Where in Saddar? If its on good location then it could be worth it but please keep in mind that in deals of these kinds mostly people (sellers or their agents) show you very rosy pictures and they just offload their burden. So please investigate thoroughly.
