Cda website has approved plan for e-17/3 however remaining sector is not mention in cda website. Same is being advertised as faisal residencia. Authentic information about approval of faisal residentia is requested.
Its my humble request to you. I do not know about faisal town, but I knew about the E-17/3. E-17 have no underground water. This is a big issue with this sector.

My interest in this sector was developed on followings reasons;
CDA sector and near to New airport
Low down payment
Availability of installment plans
As far as under water is concerned it may be issue in E-17/3 but there must be reservoir in rest of the sector.
In this scenario what will you recommend where should i invest, keeping in view availability installment plan.
