Sell DHA Phase 5 Sector F plots?

I’m travelling back to PK shortly and will be reallocating some investments. I have x2 one kanal plots in Sector F, both seemingly have great locations ie either corner with one side on the boulevard or on the boulevard itself, at the beginning of the sector. Avg price paid was around 85 lakh each.

I see they have appreciated quite a bit and I’m wondering if there are better opportunities available given the run-up, or should I leave it and revisit the investment in 3-5 years? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Real estate appreciates over long term. I think it’s best to keep the both plots instead of selling them and creating a taxable event.
