Could not find the website for shalimar town, but the sponsors are VIP builders F-10 markaz. They are the president of traders union.

For a quick short term investment, go for f-17 t&t. Development is going on and in next 1 year, it should equate in prices with the adjacent f-17 multi. Try to visit and then decide.

The location of Shalimar Town is good…
Consider investing in houses in Punjab Society. They’re good in terms of increments in prices plus if you let them, you can make decent money every month. It’s pretty safe too.

yes the location is good right adjacent to fateh jang interchange, plus most of the streets are developed and in a developing stage.
