I just have a small query about park view villas lahore located near thokar niaz baig. Last year i was going to buy plot of 10 marlas but some friends scarred me from buying as the shown me a warning ad on newspaper from lda that this society is fake and no holding any noc from the lda authorities except the 2 blocks only. I have seen this year that my interested block are developed and possession was given to buyers and there is construction of houses has been seen as per the commitment from the society owners. Why is like this ? I am again interested to buy one plot in their gold block which is non possessionsed and non developed area, as per dealers it will be developed by end of next year. As you know we are overseas and not very well aware of the facts , would you please give an advise? Thanks in advance. Sohail from jeddah
