Could you please answer an urgent query....
I had applied for poessession and extra land for one of my plot at bahria phase 8 overseas enclave.... Today when i visited the office they have asked me to pay £62 per square yard which is about rs10042 in todays exchange rate and can be payable in rs or gbp ... Where as i was told earlier that they charge about rs5000 per sy...
Could any one of you shed some light on it please? I shall be very thankful to you in this

Yes, for the residential it is 5,000 per sq yard. I am also paying the same.
