I am an overseas pakistani in ksa, i would really appreciate if any one here could guide me about f-17. I am thinking to buy a plot in f-17 non developed area on installment plan,
Is this a right decision or wrong? When will f-17 get fully developed ? Any help will be much appreciated as i have no idea of pakistan's real estate market
