I have 50-55 lac rupees i want to buy 5 marla double story house newly constructed for own residence .Can any one guide in which place i can get in rawalpindi or around islamabad expressway where no water issue and gas is available.

I am agree with Junaid Mirza.You can find 5Marla in this budget in Airport housing society.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

Sir ghouri is safe now as almost 70 percent completed with commercial as well but its little backward in terms of development and residence as mostly villagers resides there but airport housing society approved from rda and community is there better then ghouri thanks go for aechs …

According to CDA ghouri town is illegal so should go to safe side.Airport housing society is approved by RDA.

I have checked from website that airport employees society is in illegal list of RDA,whether airport housing society is different from this?
According to RDA Planning Director Jamshed Aftab 27 housing societies have been declared illegal for not meeting the requirements laid down in section 12 (5) of 1976 law for housing societies. These societies include Gulshan Ali, Gulf City, Fazal Town, Lake Viesta, alMuslim State, Airport Employees, Gulshan Iqbal, Jinnah Town, Samar Zar, Khiabane Millat, Gulberg Town, Lawyers Cooperative, Interlink Property Center (Khan Builders), Shah Pur Town, Ibrahim Villas, SS Marketing, Sihala Villas, Snober City, Chaudhry Khalid Mehmood, Malik Afaq Extension Airport Housing Society, Palm City, Lawyers Town, Radio Colony and Madinatul Islam Housing Society.
