We are looking to buy a property but one with 2 portions (upper and lower)in bahria town.
My father has a house in phase 8 (5 marla 2 storey) but we have been thinking it would be better to sell and buy something else which would generate an income. We would keep the downstairs and let the upper portion out.
We would want something built so my parents could move in.
What areas, prices, do we need to consider? Budget wise, we would have to sell current property approx 70-80 lacs and invest the rest. Maximum price we could go to is 1.25 crore.
