You have to keep in mind the needs of the genuine buyers. They usually have a limited budget so they can’t afford a 5-marla house for Rs 1 crore. So choose areas where you can remain in a budget that genuine buyers would like. For this purpose, many small-scale societies along Canal Bank and GT roads are ideal in terms of affordability for middle class families.
