what is price for 1 kanal and 10 marla residential plots in Bahria Enclave Islamabad. Whether the option of payment in installments is there. If I buy a plot in Bahria Enclave, this deal would be between me & Bahria?

Plots - in sector C1 10 marla are 65 lacs onwards and street 1 to 7 have more height than rest of sector ,rare plots available for resale and prices are 82 lacs onwards an option is available in c1 st 2 in 86 lacs.
1 kanal posesionable are ranging as : sector A 135 lacs onwards
Sector C 140 lacs onwards ( good loc. For kanal plots) and sector E 110 lacs onwards.
