If for investment, then do consider DHA Lahore phase 9. Possession has not been allotted in the locality but DHA is undertaking the development work with a good pace.

You can try Bahria enclave islamabad but i’m not really sure that they are giving any land in instalments or not
You should go for Bahria Phase 8 Rwp. As their prices are increasing day by day.
A friend of mine had bouhgt 5 Marla plot two weeks back in 12.5 lacs and its pirce jumped to 16 lacs 3 days back. If you are getting any plots from reseller in13 lacs you should grab it immdiately.
Bah Enclave is yet little bit slow but they do not have small plots. If Pase 11 goes on sale afer CDA clearnce that would be the best place for the investment.

All plots have been sold and buyers are now selling on profit but on cash.
You may try to find from the Bahria dealers they may have some plots to sell on installments but they will sell you on very high price.
Pleas visit Zameen site for Bahria dealers and you may find some one having plots on installments.
