Lake city and bahria orchad doesn’t have possession under this price i reckon
If you are looking for a small plot of around 5 marla then there will be plenty of places within your budget and you may even be able to find an odd 10 marla within your range as well.

Just did a quick search and came across Elite Town and Khayaban e Amin, that fit your criteria.
I visited Khayaban-e-Amin last year. They had electricity problem in that society that’s why houses were not constructed there although whole society was developed. The price of 5-Marla plot was one million that time. If still price is the same then there should be some serious issue with this society because prices have almost doubled in every good society during last one year.
Another major problem with khyiaban Amin is Ganda nala, it’s a huge turn off. It has a massive negative impact on health.
Agreed. It has bad effects on not only health but also for air conditioners. I think same Ganda Nala is passing through DHA Rahbar as well.
Yeah thats true. I don’t understand why in the first place would they get allowance to have a society where Ganda Nala is located.
