Where to invest? 15 lac and 40 lac.

My college buddy, who is based out of pakistan, has entrusted me with around 60-70 lacs that he wants me to invest - oh his behalf - in pakistan.

This is for purely investment purposes hence it can be in places where he would opt not to live in the near future.

I think an ideal split would be between one property worth 30-40 lac and two valued at 15 each. The holding period is for a couple of years at least. Please do share any advice regarding where i should invest. I personally think that investing in commercial property might be a good option as that has normally given good returns.

The properties around the new airport area seem interesting to me - do let me know if there's a particular one that fits my requirement. I would prefer not to invest in bahria.

Tl;dr: investment worth 15 lac and 40 lac. Payback:two years.

Buy one 10 marla plot in TopCity in D Block around 35 lacs....

Other you can go for 5 marla plot in Mumtaz city.

Buy one 5 marla plot in Lilly or Oleander block in DHA Valley worth 11 to 12 lacs.

Abbas raza sab please dont limit your investment only in islamabad.i will strongly recommend you buy two one one kanal files in dha Multan.(in 4 to 5 years time reward will be many times fold).or you can buy one file in dha multan and one 5 marla plot in dha phase9 prism lahore.or you can buy one kanal file in dha multan and one 8 marla plot in bahria enclave in islamabad,8 marla plot (catagory plot like on main boulevard near to possession.

Dha Multan and dha lahore or bahria enclave are much rewardable investments than mumtaz city or top city in 4 to 5 years time.

Buy a 05 Marla plot in Bahria orchard Lahore, as city is expanding its the need of the city. Purchasing power and high income cause local demand, which is very high At the moment. Market is down at the moment and you can get 05 marla plot around 35 which will be around 45 in a year or may be sooner.

This is the most secure investment. ROI may be be low but there is no risk as these are totally developed and possession plots. Annual rate of return is almost 12% - 14 %

Mister saif, one kanal file rate is 38.50 today.

There is no small plot file in dha multan only one kanal files.after few months small plots will come in market on installments.

mister moazzam one kanal plot can be reached at 2 to 3 crores but a five marla plot can never reach at 2 to 3 crores in 4 , 5 years time frame.

Ballotting is expected between novmber to march.after ballottt map will be out and you will be allotted plot and then development will be started.hopefuly development will be completed withen three years after starting of development.dha multan is 4 to 5 years investment.after completion of development one kanal plot will be of 2 to 3 crors.

Brother in this budget the best place to invest in Lake City lahore buy 2 5 marla non possession plots and wait for 1 year it will give you minimum 50 % increase after ring road .
