Where to invest 2 million in rawalpindi islamabad? I would prefer zone 5 islamabad.
If you want properly planned decent options, then in your budget it is better to invest in Zone 2 or near about.
I recommend FOECHS. You will find a decent 10 marla plot in your budget. The society is completely developed, and gas infrastructure is laid down. Supply is expected to start soon. It is located adjacent to CDA sector I-16 and has very decent development standards. But please note that Foechs is in RDA limits as opposed to CDA limits.

If you prefer Zone V , probably DHA valley is ripe for take off and is well within this budget.

Don't go for FOECHS as some people have vested interests there as suggested above. At the moment dead investment.
In Zone-V, you could consider DHA Valley Oleander and Lilly Blocks 5 or 8 marla plots... Must pay a visit to site and decide. DHA Homes possession is expected in this year and that will give good boost to prices.

Hameed Ullah sb, Bahria Phase 8 developed plots rates are very nominal at the moment as the market of BT Rwp is almost dead from quite some time. Not a bad option, but you can't predict the time frame for this investment.
