Dear Mr.Khan,

App apna naam change kero nie to Khan sab naraz ho jain ga.

For living Bahria phase8 is best and for investment go to zone2.Don't go to any file game.

In this budget 6 marla Bahria phase8 E-1 or 5marla Ali block safari valley which are with possession.

Regards

You cannot get any good 7 marla plot with possession in safari valley. Only in depression area or near high tension line maybe. For good 7 marla plot minimum 30 lacs required.

Yes shah ji Ali block 5 marla not 7 marla.

Regards

Govt showed clear agenda to boost other sectors , with in days state bank also make policies that property sector wont look charming , to move people towards other things like small business , savings scheme , bonds , commodities etc

market is already in pressure due to added burden of taxes though issue got settle on give and take but , no buyers in market and naturally slump cycle ahead crash is near and govt instead of strengthening it to bear natural cycle acted opposite to it to further harm it . Stay away from property

I agree with @Asad, despite being an overseas investor in property over the past few years, I must accept property business in Pakistan was a classic "pump and dump" game The model is simple, acquire cheap land, build hype around it, lure buyers with dreams of profits, and sell high. Those who entered last were losers, and usually they were overseas Pakistanis like myself, who learned it the hard way. Somebody's profit was another ones loss, and that's how it worked. That's fine. As long as the players knew the rules, and wanted to play, it was fair game. What's messed up now is that government also wants to play and has brought their official goons to the table, who will not only set the rules now (the fair market value) but will also decide who can play and who cannot, or torpedo any good deal for sake of their "cut" . This single reason makes the property business unattractive, and quite frankly disgusting to be part of.

@Mr. Khan, if you have spare money, and are not impatient to invest, wait for a few months to see where this goes before loosing most of your hard earned savings.

Nadeem bhai, khair hy koi gal nhe.

I would go with Bahria Town Rwp for good living if the location suits your requirements. The standard and quality is simply superb.
