I want to have a commercial property and a plot in islamabad and rawalpindi.For the commercial building of worth 25 million,,i want more than 2 lac rent and also i want the good increase in the value of the property.For plot i want some good location where i can earn good profit within 2 years.Please show me names of some good societies for the plot.Kindly guide me as im confused.
Blue area, islamabad will be best in terms of return for commercial and your budget is sufficient for that.
for plot within 2 years you may look for something in DHA 2, G-13, G-14/4 and G-15. These areas are with possession.
what is your budget for a plot anyway? if you can take risk then BE1 is also a good option but i think it is for the long term.
