Dha ph 9 prism, dha rahbar?

I would suggest you invest in Prism 9. I believe small investors should always invest in the areas witnessing the profuse activity and Phase 9 is a perfect example.
Simply buy a good location, 5-marla plot in the locality and hold it for 4 years. InshaALLAH, you will bag good returns.

There are many options, bahria orchard, lake city fazaia… Low investment high gain. Go for on ground and possesion plots
Sui-2 is the best in your terms… Medium term, currently low priced… Huge potential in coming 3-4 yrs.
Is there any plot of 2 kanal with some small construction 2 bed DD kitchen attached bath and a lawn value worth 4 million please forward to as many societies as you know and who gentleman will manage ai will give him or her a good prize but it should be in peacefull area please hurry up.

Lahore is currently most attractive city of Pakistan in terms of Property Investment. But what attracts more to investors is Return on Investment (ROI).
I will prefer and suggest the area of Mominpura (Ring Road) for investment. Right now the ROI which is proved to my other investors is around 25-40% which is very high as compared to DHA and Bahria where ROI is merely 1-2%.
You could buy DHA Multan in 30 lacs in one week after that this option will not be good as all files Issued in DHA Multan after Jan 31 will go to phase 2.
You can buy a small plot in Lake City Lahore.
You could buy Ivy Green DHA Lahore phase 8.
You can buy NFC Lahore phase 2.
You could buy on ground possession plot in Central Park Lahore.

NFC2 development is very slow. Location is very good.Next to Lahore Ring Road. To be 100% safe please avoid A block of NFC2 until Lahore Ring Road map officially released. MOST LIKELY management have all needed funds for development work but management election delay due to court case keeping development work halted for while too. Safe to buy NFC2 at current prices.
