I am looking to invest in real estate in lahore. I have 25 lac in hand and every month i can arrange 1lac. Can someone please advise me the best way i can invest the money. I was thinking about buying a plot but i don't know which area to invest in with this much amount and where i do not have to worry about qabza or anything..I have following question in mind.
1) can i buy a plot in bahria orchard or bahria town with this amount?
2) if i opt into buy a plot for 40-50 lacs, is there any installment options available?
3)how safe is it to invest in lahore?
4) where in lahore is the safest investment?
All advises are welcome and will be appreciated!
