Zone 2, Affordable... Good Invest In Jamu Kashmir Society F-15 , F16

I wanna ask Syed Ibrahim brother, about zone 2, are Jamu Kashmir F-15 and F-16 are affordable and good investment comparatively to multi??

You have not specified your budget because frankly speaking, affordable refers to different ranges for different people. What's your range?

If you want to invest in f/16, then subsector 2 is the cheapest - most investors are plowing a lot of money there even though land is not acquired. Development in f-16 appears to be rumoured to start later on in the year or maybe early next year but only allah knows!

as regards to the rest of jkchs, it is really expensive. Cant knock the development though, as development standards are really good especially in g-15. But as nafees saab said, it depends upon your budget.

According to your kind Reply brother Shiekh, Development in F-16 appears to be rumor this right, Allah knows best. But brother in Zone 2, multi and JKCHS looks good for investment, B-17 & F-16 are not so expensive to invest according to above budget, While G15, F15, are now expensive according to my budget.I have only two options B17 and F16. Now about B-17, Development of M-avenue, when the work will start again Allah knows best, But Here in F-16 that Development will start upto the end of 2014.To me, to invest in F-16/4 looks better then B-17? Your kinds guidance needed please??

I think go for F-16, B-17 is very far, it depends of Margalla avenue, which is delayed, God know when it will complete, this also appeared in today news

Consider CDECHS E-16 & E-17 where development is almost complete possession is available construction of houses is started. Distance difference is only 1 to 2 KM.

Can anyone please update us that at present what are plots prices of 30*60 and 35*70 in F-16/4?

Dear Mushtaq your budget and time frame is reasonable. In f 16 i will just recommend u f 16 4 and 3 one kanal option u can get around 42 lac in f16 4 and around 40 lac in f 16 3. F 16 2 and 1 lands are not acquired yet and will not recommend u as u can afford f 16 4 and 3 for money making is a different thing but for long term not a good investment. Also consider f 15 2, its a good place to invest as connected to g 15 and g t road plus more then 50 percent area is developed so non possession area of f 15 2 is a good place to invest u can get a 40 x 80 plot in sec f 15 2 where land is encroachment free around 5 million.

Price of 10 marla 35 x 70 in sec f 16 4 is from 26 to 28 lac and 30 x 60 range is 24 to 25 lac
