    Pakistan has enormous potential for progress due to its strategic location and a population full of energy and passion for progress. This potential for unbounded progress is inhibited by low literacy rate and resulting misunderstanding about strength of diversity and pluralism. But this situation is likely to turnaround very quickly due to multiple stimuli including internal stability, the economic interest of regional economic engines and changing international context.
    Due to this unwavering confidence in the future of Pakistan, we have planned to put our all the resources in developing an abode and physical environment where people can invest with the confidence that they and their future generations will live in a safe and enabling environment.
    We have started first phase of our project in an area spanning over 30.4 million square feet. As a policy, we have spared 50% of the space for parks, golf ground, public recreational places, schools, hospitals and other open green belts. We acquired the services of architects, environmentalists and disaster management experts of international standing to design our project. It took lots of efforts, energy and time for us to bring our dream of an ideal place of living into reality.
    We have a vision to revive the glory of our past and create hope for a better future through skillfully designed architecture of the buildings. We want to blend our buildings with the natural landscape and context of the region. We dream to develop our schools and hospitals which will address the needs of the future generations, rather than limited to our past.
