However, it has recently come to my attention that the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has planned to hand over possession of its ongoing project in Gujranwala within three years.
This is not just a rumour, as the DHA has advertised this big news in a newspaper. And another important thing that I want our readers and investors and prospective residents of DHA Gujranwala to know is that the DHA will set up a private power plant to ensure the provision of electricity 24/7.
Interestingly, it was Bahria Town that set the trend of private power plants to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity to its residents. But a good thing copied remains a good thing in my opinion, so kudos to DHA for following suit.
Whatever the case may be, the 24-hour availability of electricity is something that will most likely allow DHA Gujranwala to outshine other high-end localities in Gujranwala. What’s more, DHA Gujranwala will also feature a medical college, a hospital, a riding and polo club, community centre, sports centre, and last but not least, a central mosque.
On the basis of precedence, I can presume that with this news of possession in 3 years, the prices of property files in DHA Gujranwala may witness a sudden hike, as three years is not really a long time in the context of long-term real estate investments. This is the time to do some research and closely observe trends, so friends, I suggest you get on it!
And on the basis of the past performance of the DHA and its status as an investment haven, I believe DHA Gujranwala should be seriously considered for investment.
