Yes this is the time to invest before the possession ,,, after possession rates will go up .. This is my point of view. But mr khan can reply u more accurately .. U can ask the same question on this forum

It all depends upon your time frame for investment. If you can hold this from 1 to 3 years, then, I think it will give you good return. Possession is expected by the end of this year for A Block. It will have positive impact on prices.
Go for plot with land in possession of society in A Block. Buy plot which is in developing phase.

@mr khan i visited FT yesterday and the development seems to be very slow from 15 may onwards , the small gate is at stand still and they have promised to give possession in September… But it seem to be an impossible task …

I have not been there of late... The pace may have been slow due to ramzan and rains... However, one thing is sure, I don't see possession in August as it was promised unless they do some sort of DRAMA for possession with very few plots in August.... I think possession will be given in the end of 2016 or may be later if they will not improve the speed of development.

Good growth in B-17 is hinged on MA. FT will grow with construction abtivity, airport opening, cpec route etc.

Nadeem, people are tired of your this crap "Dealer Game". If you have anything negative about these projects, do share with members, who can benefit from your information. Otherwise, it would be better to keep silent and keep your grudge to yourself.
I know you have investments in Bahria Town. Is Bahria Town safe from dealer games? Can you show your any post, in which you have posted about dealer game in Bahria Town? Munaafiqat choro and be fair in your comments about all projects.
I have ZERO investment in Faisal Town, Faisal Residencia, MPCHS or Bahria.
I will not support or oppose any project for my personal vested interests.

Nadeem sb, I respect you but your opinion is very biased about Multi and Faisal Town/ Residencia.
You have nothing else to say but "Dealer Game". Kindly be fair in your opinion. If you have made investment at wrong time in Multi, it does not mean that whole project is BAD. You are a senior member of this group and all expect fair and unbiased comments from you. I hope you got my point.

if u have lost ur money we are sorry for that but that doesn't mean the project is bad ,,, just visit FT , that project is having alot of potential. But right now the market is slow but it doesn't mean that it will remain slow forever.
nadeem bhai plz give alternate options if u feel it is not a gud option ..

I would say that both of you're right at your own points but judgement and analysis is different, the link page which Nadeem bhai mentioned both contains points and detailed answers.
Khan sb, as you know i was looking to buy plot in FT few months ago, although, I still believed it's risky due certain uncertainties regarding future prospects because it's a tiny project, if you look from google earth it's not much bigger than shalimar town opposite to it, so investing in such a small project cannot bring much gains... That's another thing.
when I started my search some dealers asked me to wait for FR as prices are expected to come down... So the dealer with which i was communicating i stopped as per him...
As soon the FR launched prices in FT jumped drastically the plot which i was getting in 23/24 went to 28/29. This is not a normal thing for me to give a jump to prices for genuine buyers this is at all in hands of dealers.
Now same dealer in Ramazan contact me again and advised to buy it's good time, I joked him that now I believe that prices will go down as you're advice worked opposite last time, so I didn't care about his advice...and now prices are on the way down. As I said it's a tiny project so no big hikes should be expected, only prices up and down game can work here.
Dealer games are everywhere, it's not the only project, even bahria dealers play such games, but, the scale of those project is at bigger level so the loss is not so big and at the end one can get a good nice developed plot at least which can give ultimately.
