I want to invest in Phase 8 and Bahria Karachi but as we all know rates are declining every day. Should I hold the money and what do you think till which limit Karachi 125 sq yd will go.
I think you should wait, don’t jump in when the water is not moving, as soon as it starts flowing, enter, even if it means buying 20-30 k expensive but you will not loose.
